In looking at the many older Newsletters over the past few days I discovered this one and was excited to share the information with you again. It was written by Man Found Standing when the Defense was introduced several years ago. I have always loved this newsletter because it describes more in detail what is in the Defense. I love learning about the natural benefits of the actual foods that go into our Defense. I feel like I have taken the equivalent nutrients of a large salad when I finish taking the capsules.

In looking at the many older Newsletters over the past few days I discovered this one and was excited to share the information with you again. It was written by Man Found Standing when the Defense was introduced several years ago. I have always loved this newsletter because it describes more in detail what is in the Defense. I love learning about the natural benefits of the actual foods that go into our Defense. I feel like I have taken the equivalent nutrients of a large salad when I finish taking the capsules.
It is also good to know about the pH balance our body needs to be at for health. The Defense assists us in maintaining that proper pH balance of between 7.0 to 7.4. (It is best if we are slightly alkaline.) The foods we eat and our lifestyle have an overall effect on the pH of our body, even anger changes our pH. When your pH goes to 6.8 your body is acidic and disease can get a hold. If your body gets down around 4.5 pH, in an acid state, for a period of time cancer can flourish. It’s good to learn the makeup of foods to determine if they will build or destroy your health or whether they are acid or alkaline.
