Many ask me how I added Baking soda to my water therefore I am sharing it with you guys.
This is what I did for me... I do it every other day now as well....if needed Thanks to John Austin for his help with this including the many emails.
Baking Soda Used to raise urine pH (Alkalinize)
The term “pH” stands for the potential of hydrogen, which is simply the measurement of acidity and alkalinity. (7.0 is neutral neither being acid nor alkaline. Normal blood pH is 7.365.)
