For years I have used Turmeric Organic Powder for so many reasons (Hundreds of published reports about the benefits of Turmeric and Curcumin) and have made a paste so it can be absorbed better. It tastes awful and turns everything yellow it touches. Because my hubby won't take it at all because of the taste, I was thankul I ran across this Video from a Dr. (see it below) who talked about this product and what is the best way it can be absorbed in the body.
