Then last year my husband was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and we did Proton Therapy Treatment - he is now cancer free as of Oct 2, 2017. Since that time, we found the Beach walks helped us so much and walked 3-4 miles 3 times week on Siesta Key Beach and Turtle Beach. It was so serene and theraputic. I documented our weekly walks "Just another day in Paradise" because it is Paradise or USED to be.
He is a Captain of a Boat Charter in Englewood) and I want to publicly thank him for bringing this horrific info to so many in our Florida area, for without him I still may not know what has happened to our ecosystem and what is happening.
I will be sharing much on this until this is fixed as it is important to us all and NOT just in Florida and has been going on for a LONG TIME. If you care about your environment and water coming into your home, you just may want to research it for yourself. It has become an obsession for me since June 4. I have seen so much death of our sea animals at record numbers, it is scary. The very thing that helped us recover from Cancer ..walks on the beaches could possibly be making me sick as well as others. Unbelievable but true.
Below are some posts from some of my trusted sources that may help you understand this issue. Please do what you can to help - I would appreciate it as well as our sea animals that are dying in record numbers. My first thought when the sea animals were dying in record numbers, what is it doing to me? If you are in areas of Toxic Bacteria in our waters, stay out of the water - it is toxic in many ways.

I don't know where to begin... I have been working to raise awareness about this disaster for many weeks now... I have talked with hundreds of impacted people... I have been sent thousands of photographs... I am overwhelmed.
I received this picture this morning... my heart aches... I feel sick... at the same time I am reinvigorated... my adrenaline is flowing... I am ready to fight.
This cannot happen again. Sanibel, Florida
