Cell Phone Radiation ~~ Ways to Protect you and your family - Be aware of simple ways you can protect them and yourself.
When I was diagnosed years ago with cancer I went on Colonel Joes Patented Diet - click here which changed and saved my life. In his book and part of my diet was to be aware of the Cell phone dangers and EMF dangers in our home that in his opinion were also the cause of many cancers. On 3 pages of his book (at the bottom of the post) he discusses this and the effect dating back to 1994.
In my researching this and Prostate Cancer, I ran across an article Why You Need to Stop Carrying Your Mobile Phone in Your Pocket or Bra. It occurred to me that my husband who carried his cell phone in his pocket for 25 yrs at his job and was on it constantly, it caused me to be alarmed enought to read the current information. I am convinced it was not good for his health and could have prostate cancer from cell phones in his pocket. And then there was this study Cell Phone radiation damages sperm studies. Text as often as you can versus calling
Don't put your cell phone in your pocket, your bra or in your bed at night. Cell phones also transmit, even when you aren’t using them.
Do not talk or text while driving or in a car
Turn cell phones off in public places
Call only when the signal is strong.
Use a headset or speaker instead of holding the phone up to your ear
When in use, hold phone away from your body
Try to use corded Landlines NOT cordless. Cordless phones are just as bad as cell phones. Studies report Cordless DECT phones constantly transmit electromagnetic radiation from the base and when you talk on it.
