My cholesterol and triglycerides have been what my Doctor says is High and at Risk for years. I was not going to take the Statin meds she wanted me to take after
researching them.  After reading the testimonials on congestion, sinus issues, blood flow, blood pressure and improving immunity, I decided to try the Defend patch.
I started wearing it May 1, 2023 ~  I even missed a few days.  About 1 week after I started using the patch my congestion and sinus issues were cleared
up.  What a relief - I suffered with it for at least 1 year and I was miserable.  
Then Friday I received my results from my doctor for my blood work - I was blown away ~ They were all in the Heart Healthy range and only one was
at Medium Risk - No more High Danger Zone "At Risk" which was the case for at least the last 2 years.
The only thing I have changed is wearing the Defend patch and the Liberty Patch.   
Blood work will be done again in 3 months and I look forward to those results and no doubt they will be even better.   (Hubby is wearing the patch 
also and has blood work scheduled for JUne 14 - his numbers were worse than mine - we can't wait to see what his are.   Will let you know when we get
them back.   I also feel better than I have ever felt since using the Defend Patch.

Update:  I am extremely sensitive to mosquitos, ants etc - since wearing the patch I no longer get bit - if I do, it goes away in several days with no itching.
I have not been sick since May and have eliminated many of my vitamins I was taking.   I also have been reading my oxygen every day and it is almost always 98.

Update
My husbands visit to his doctor was very good.   All of his numbers came way down and were the best he had in years as well.   His doctor was very happy with
his numbers and of course asked if he was taking the statin drug and he told him no - that he had been using the Defend Patch.    He didnt quite believe that
this would do that - he said he would schedule a round of blood tests again in 3 months and then he may believe it...   John is doing great with the defend patch
and also uses the Victory or Liberty patch.
