When I was diagnosed, I realized that one of the causes of my cancer was caused by pesticides and chemicals.   I was amazed at how many chemicals were in my home.   I threw out all of my cleaning products purchased from the store and made my own.

I wrote an open letter to my friends and family which is at the bottom of this page. 

You can search the internet and find MANY natural alternatives to clean anything without chemicals, most of which you already have in your homes and cost pennies to use.   

I hope you enjoy the tips I continue to use to this day.

To My Family & Friends Who I Care Deeply 

Take the Cleaning Challenge

In my efforts to get rid of anything in my life that caused my health issues, last weekend, I decided to search and find alternate solutions to the fact that we are using TOXIC chemicals daily to clean the place we live, and breathe which affect your health when you use them.

What I found was amazing.  With household products that I had in the back of  the cupboards, I could clean my house with safe and beneficial products, inexpensively, and get RID of all the chemicals taking up space in my cupboards and killing me.  I also found, all of these products I used are natural disinfectants and will not harm you..and your house will love it too.

I started in my bathroom and when I saw how FAST it worked in cleaning with hardly any scrubbing and shined like you would not believe, you could not stop me. I went to the Kitchen next, and same thing.  
 
What truly amazed me was when I got to the Rec Room and the sliding glass doors that had not been cleaned for a long time.   I cleaned the inside door 1st and it went so fast with hardly any scrubbing I was done in minutes.    Next step was to see how long the outside of the sliding glass would take.  This took all of about 5-10  minutes to clean.   

Please take the challenge.  You will feel better, your house will shine like never before, you will save tons of money, and you will rid yourself of all toxic chemicals that can harm you.

After you are done with the challenge, throw all of your cleaners and toxic chemicals in the garbage.
