As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer in 2007 and research showed that it is caused by pesticides and poisons we get thru the water, in our yards and on our foods we buy everyday...you name it .. it has pesticides on or in it. So I eliminated all of my cleaning and pest elimination cans sprays everything from my home and went natural. This post is to share some helpful tips on how to get rid of the pesticides before consuming anything which is so important.
"Agricultural Pesticides Linked to Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma"
The United States uses about 1.1 billion pounds of pesticides each year.1, 2 Worldwide pesticide use amounts to approximately 5.2 billion pounds annually. There's little doubt that the current pesticide load is taking a toll, as mounting research has linked pesticides to an array of serious health problems. To Read More Click here from Dr Mercola

Simple and Cheap Ways to Get the Pesticides off of your fruits and veggies:
1) Fill an 8 oz spray bottle with 1/4 Vinegar & 3/4 Water I use Organic Vinegar & water using my water filtration system which removes all pesticides, chlorine & fluoride and more. Spray it on your fruits and veggies and make sure drenched - then wait til dry.
2) Fill bowls with water & 1 cup vinegar and soak them for 30 min. You can put a slice of lemon or limes or orange to mask the smell of the vinegar. Works great.
3) I have never tried this one but thought it was cool - Put your veggies or fruits in a bowl - sprinkle with some baking soda on top and pour the vinegar on top of the baking soda- it will bubble up and remove the pesticides - then let it soak for about 15 minutes or longer...rinse and eat. (This is what I use to unclog drains or make them run smoothly - it works great and NO poison is used).
4) I was lucky enough to have a good friend, Bob Avola, who while I was battling cancer sent me a product called Agrisept-L every month (what a great guy) to put in my water and soak my veggies and fruits in. You sprinkle a few drops in the water bowl with the fruits or veggies - let soak and it removes all pesticides etc. BUT it is also good for my health in so many more ways and I still use it to this day. I love it because it does so much more ... kills viruses, keeps them away and so much more.
