Multi District Litigation: More than 555 lawsuits are pending against Monsanto Co. in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, filed by people alleging that exposure to Roundup herbicide caused them or their loved ones to develop non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and that Monsanto covered up the risks. As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma 10 years ago. I was glad to hear the case was won against Monsanto by Baum, Ledlund et al as one of the attorneys for the guy who won against Monsanto. (I have since filed out complaints info against them as well with this firm.) I have been waiting for some time for that to happen.
