I received this article today from Dr Axe who has a great website with good information about natural health ~ I have posted about this many times but again I am posting his information about the dangers of these Artificial Sweetners - their names - what they are hidden in the foods and drinks we eat because they are not something I want to put in my body and once you read it you should not either. The only Sweetner I ever use is STEVIA and I use the Sweet Leaf Brand ONLY (he talks about that too) I like the Lemon drops brand but you can choose from many - here is a link to many choices or you can purchase at some grocery stores.
